Restorative Yoga

Welcome to our Restorative Yoga class with grounding breath work, your mid-week and weekend sanctuary. Join us every Sunday at 11 am and Wednesday at 7:30 pm for a transformative practice designed to reset your body and mind. This class focuses on gentle, supportive poses combined with deep, mindful breathing techniques that promote relaxation and stress relief. Perfect for unwinding and recentering, whether you're recovering from the week's stresses or preparing for the week ahead. Unplug and recharge in our serene space where calmness meets healing. Suitable for all levels wanting to deepen their connection with self through stillness and breath. Embrace the slow, nourish your soul, and leave feeling peaceful and refreshed.

Yin QiGong

As we soak up the last golden rays of summer, join us for a rejuvenating 90-minute Yin Qigong workshop that promises to harmonize your energy, calm your mind, and soothe your soul. Perfect for easing the transition from the vibrant energy of summer to the calm onset of autumn, this session will focus on gentle movements and deep breathing techniques to enhance your qi (energy flow) and cultivate inner peace.
